Hallo zusammen,
Dear Joerg,
The ANSSO department has reviewed your requested RPAS operations site.
Kindly note that the requested RPAS operational sites are located outside of any National Parks, as well as beyond the 5 Nautical Mile operational radius of any aerodrome. Additionally, the operations are always conducted below 150ft AGL. Therefore, no further action is required from ANSSO.
The operations must strictly adhere to VLOS (Visual Line of Sight) regulations and be carried out exclusively during daytime within the designated sites. As the RPAS operator, it is advisable to obtain approval from the landowner if you intend to operate the drone at a lodge, farm, or any private property. Consent should be obtained from the landowner or lodge operator.
I hope you find the above in order.
Kind Regards,
Victor Sitapata | Senior Inspector ANS ATM/SAR
