ITINERARY
Day 1 – Arrival Entebbe 22.50 h – 08.09.2012 (8th of September 2012)
Flight with Brussels Airways to Entebbe: Pick up by driver and drive to Airport Guesthouse Entebbe for overnight.
Will be transferred to the guesthouse by Own in the late evening arrival
Day 2: - 09.09.2012
Early morning after breakfast you will leave for Murchison Falls.
Stop at Rhino Sanctuary - Via Masindi we drive for 90 kms through the park before we reach Paraa in the late afternoon. Here we will stay and with a cool
Drink and a fabulous view over the river Nile the evening will come with all the noise of an African night.

Day 3:- 10.09.2012
This day early in the morning we go for the game drive after crossing the Nile, special are here the lions and giraffes. In the afternoon we have the impressive launch trip on the Nile to the Falls. Hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, elephants and many birds will be seen!!

Day 4: 11.09.2012
Early morning the boat will take us downstream to the delta. The place where the Nile enters Lake Albert; This trip of 5-6 hours will show us all the beauty of this national park especially the delta with all the different birds.
Here is a good chance to see the elusive Shoebill stork! In the afternoon is a visit to the top of the Falls, a wonderful view.

Day 5- 12.09.2012
Early morning departure for the journey to Kibale Forest; we will pass close to Lake Albert, on a clear day the view from the top of the Albert rift is spectacular. In the afternoon we will arrive at Kibale Forest Camp (Primate lodge), sleeping with the noises of the tropical rainforest.

Day 6:- 13.09.2012
At 08.00 we will start with the 4 hours chimp walk. Also 10 other primates can be seen!! The park is also known for all the butterflies and birds. In the afternoon a walk through Bigodi Swamp (community based project)

Day 7:- 14.09.2012
At 10.00 have a relaxed trek (walk) through the forest, and then drive to Ndali Lodge for a leisure afternoon at the pool.

Day 8: -15.09.2012
Early morning departure for Queen Elizabeth; Via Fort Portal we reach at around midday in Queen Elizabeth NP with a stunningly beautiful view over Kazinga Channel. In the late afternoon we will make a game drive.

Day 9:- 16.09.2012
This day is for a game drive on the plains of Queen Elizabeth with thousands of Ugandan kobs, lions, elephants etc. Also on the program is a two hours launch trip on the Kazinga channel where we will see all the animals from the waterside.

Day 10:- 17.09.2012
Second day in this beautiful park; Very early in the morning breakfast we go to Kyambura Gorge. Here you can go for a 3-4 hour walk in to the Gorge for meeting the chimpanzees. After the Gorge will drive to Ishasha Sector and have an evening game drive in search of the tree climbing lions.

Day 11:- 18.09.2012
Early morning Breakfast at 06:30am drive in Ishasha to enjoy this morning sun rise game drive to search for the tree climbing lions, if you are lucky, spend some time watching the lions resting on a tree, return to the Camp for a lEarly Lunch and check out and drive to Bwindi Forest national Park and arrive in the late afternoon.

Day 12:- 19.09.2012
At 07:15 you shall be served with breakfast and your guide will lead you to the briefing ground to get the briefing at 8.00am before entry to the forest for gorilla trekking. The guides will then take you through the bush pushing your way through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers to the track the gorillas, When the gorillas are spotted, the guide shall ask you to stand 7 meters away from the apes and your requested that you remove flash light on your camera. The trekking can be tiring, its therefore advisable to carry parked Lunch, bottled water and good jungle boots rain, worm jacket could be require as this is a rain forest any time it could rain. You shall return back exhausted, refreshing at your accommodation for a few hours and later an afternoon guided village walk to learn how the communities around the Bwindi Park are benefiting from the tourism of the area; this is an ideal short walk. A number of different bird species, Bwindi’s colorful array of butterflies, coffee, tea and potato plantations are along this trail. The tour shall be marked as ended when you are in for dinner while you sit with your guide for briefing of the next day program, retiring for overnight

Day 13:- 20.09.2012
After breakfast we will drive to Lake Bunyonyi beautiful surrounded by the hills of Western Uganda. For people who like to walk, the last 14 km is a stunning beautiful walk along the lakeshore and above on the hills. Lake Bunyonyi is famous for birds, otters and delicious crayfish. We will stay the rest of the day here, it is possible to swim and try a canoe. Seated on the veranda more than 300 birds species can be seen (bring your binoculars)

Day 14:- 21.09.2012
Early morning departure to Lake Mburo; this is a small but nice park, the only park in Western Uganda with impalas and zebras. We will make an evening game-drive.

Day 15:- 22.09.2012-Departure 22.45 h (check in time is 20.45)
In the morning we will make a game drive/walk.
After a late breakfast the last part of the journey will bring us back to Kampala. We will stop in Masaka for Lunch and then continue, after Masaka town we will stop at the Equator for Tea/Coffee break and buying souvenirs.
Back to the airport for an evening flight back.
