261/2004 siehe hier:
eur-lex.europa.eu/Le...X:32004R0261:DE:HTML
und bzgl. COVID-19 die Auslegungsrichtlinie vom 18.03.2020
siehe hier:
ec.europa.eu/transpo...ion/c20201830_de.pdf
In response to your e-mail, refund is not yet being offered for the flight itinerary that you have. Therefore, requesting a refund will be processed according to your ticket conditions. Please note that you have a non refundable ticket hence we are only able to process some airport taxes.
On the other hand, we can offer you two options under the rebooking policy due to the coronavirus situation:
- You can postpone your trip at no extra cost onto a later flight to the same destination , in the same cabin before 30th November 2020
- You may want to consider a credit voucher in exchange of the whole value of your ticket that will be valid within a year after issuance. If part of the ticket has been used, our colleagues from back office will exchange the remaining coupons into a voucher. This can be used to any AF/KL/DL and partner operated flight. Please note that this is non transferable and non refundable. It is only refundable if your flight is cancelled.
Kindly let us know which suit you best.
Kind regards,
Lisa
