foreign registered vehicles entering into Botswana.( basically a third party insurance cover). It is
payable at all entry points into Bots and is valid for three months from the date of payment.
Payment is as follows:
P50 for all vehicles except bus or mini van
P100 for mini van
P200 for bus
This is over and above the P120 for a normal vehicle into Bots. Am not sure how they
are charging trucks - as they do not seem to classify them as a bus ( one of the overland trucks that
crossed over the week-end only has to pay P50 - but not sure if this was the correct payment.
