SanParks Buchungen KTP

Hallo zusammen,

gerade habe ich in einer Facebook Gruppe folgendes gelesen:

I don't want to stir up a fuss, but with the new vat change, I read on another post that there may be an out standing amount on my 100% paid Kgalagadi booking. I called and discovered that there was indeed an outstanding amount which is payable by tomorrow. I had NOT been notified about this and had I not read the post ,could have picked up a huge problem, especially given that it is a KTP booking. Please check your bookings with Sanparks to ensure that you too do not have an outstanding amount.

Daraufhin habe ich jetzt sofort meine bereits voll bezahlten (so dachte ich) Buchungen für Ende des Jahres angeschaut und siehe da, plötzlich sind kleinere Beträge offen. Man weiß ja nicht, ob sie sonst evtl noch später die ganze Buchung stornieren wegen dieser Beträge.

vielen Dank für diese Info. Ich habe jetzt gerade mal meine existierenden Buchungen bei SanParks eingesehen.... und siehe da, lauter kleine offene Beträge. Ich habe diese ebenfalls gleich bezahlt, nicht das im November der Katzenjammer groß ist.

vielen Dank für die Infos. 🙂 Meine Rechnung für den Krüger, Mapunbugwe und Markele (April/Mai 18) ist jetzt wieder ausgeglichen. Ich habe keinerlei Informationen erhalten und hätte vermutlich auch nicht mehr in meinen Account bei SanParks geschaut.

Alles halb so schlimm, aber komplex. Es könnte sein, dass selbst für die Wildcard nachbelastungen kommen. Ich habe heute sogar einen neuen confiramtion letter erhalten mit der ausstehenden Summe für den KTP.
Aber im Begleittext zu diesem confirmation letter steht:

INCREASE IN VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) FROM 1 APRIL 2018 (Version 20180313) Based on the recent announcement of the legislated increase in Value Added Tax (VAT) from 14% to 15%, South African National Parks (SANParks) will increase all tariffs from 1 April 2018. All existing reservations for stays from 1 April 2018 onwards will therefore be affected. Inclusive rates (including accommodation, activities, conferencing, conservation fees and WILD Card membership), which are usually provided by SANParks are currently in process of being updated. Guests with existing reservations will be contacted and provided with updated documentation for their provisional or confirmed reservations. Updated documentation will reflect the revised reservation cost and outstanding balances. In instances where reservations were fully paid previously, guests can pay the difference, either on arrival in the relevant park (this option is not available to the travel trade) or through the usual payment channels before arrival. Should there be any enquiries, please contact any of the SANParks offices at national parks or any of the reservation offices. (ENDS) Issued by South African National Parks

Hallo nochmals,

ich habe gerade für jede dieser Buchungen einen neuen "confirmation letter" bekommen. Oben rechts bei "payment details" ist unter "comunity fund" jetzt genau die Summe angegeben, die vorher fehlte.
