booking in Etosha

We are 2 families of 5 and wanted to book accomodation in Dolomite, Okaukuejo and Namutoni in 07 2018. Through the official website only Namutoni could be booked, the others were fully booked. www.namibiareservations.com can organise these bookings and made a nice proposal, a bit more expensive than through the official website. Does anyone has experience with this travel agency?
