We have some exciting developments within our Group. Tara (herself) will be off to Australia early next year to open a branch within the group doing Lodges & Safaris (her family is Australian and her husband and his family are relocating to build their farming venture & to put their two boys in school). She'll still be here online giving any advice and will be back every few months to update & visit at the lodge groups. Botswana Footprints (all contacts and staff) will stay the same and will be only quicker and more efficient in the future. We've grown relatively fast and with with having to train new staff but finding lack of time to do so, we've had periods where our responses have been slow. We've been very busy but operators in Botswana (as you know!) are also very slow and we wait for a long time for invoices/vouchers which delays us further. We aim to solve this in the future with better implementation and improved systems and better communication with operators. Our knowledge is invaluable and we've proven that we are trustworthy and here to make your Botswana trip an adventure of a lifetime.
Brent & Grant Reed and partners, (the Safari Brothers showing on Discovery channel and respected owners of Letaka Safaris, Wild Wheels, Revealing Africa and Okavango Guiding School) have taken over Botswana Footprints and bring a wealth of knowledge and resources with them.
