QATAR AIRWAYS OFFERS SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY FARES FROM NEW AFRICAN GATEWAY OF WINDHOEK

WINDHOEK, Namibia – Qatar Airways has announced special introductory fares for its new African gateway, to celebrate the commencement of services to Windhoek on 28 September 2016.
The special inaugural fare offers a discount of 25 per cent on bookings made between 23 August and 15 September 2016, and is valid for travel between 28 September 2016 and 20 June 2017. Qatar Airways is offering this promotional fare on both Economy and Business Class travel.
Passengers can book their tickets online at qatarairways.com or via their preferred travel agent.
Qatar Airways will operate four weekly non-stop flights from Windhoek and connect via Doha to more than 150 destinations offering a smooth and efficient transfer at the airline’s home and hub, Hamad International Airport. Some of the most popular destinations for passengers travelling to and from Windhoek are Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, London, Paris, Rome and Vienna.
While transferring at Hamad International Airport in Doha, passengers will be able to enjoy one of the world’s largest and most luxurious Business Class lounges – the award-winning Al Mourjan Business Lounge – offering more than 40,000 square metres of retail space and restaurants that include a selection of more than 70 retail and 30 food and beverage outlets, in addition to an airside hotel, spa, gym, squash courts and swimming pool.
Skytrax’s World’s Best Business Class airline and three-time Airline of the Year, Qatar Airways will serve Windhoek with its state-of-the-art B787 Dreamliner aircraft featuring 254 seats in a two-class configuration of 22 seats in Business Class and 232 in Economy.
