Hi,
we have a offer for a toyota hilux 3.0 automatic, but don't know if automatic will also be ok for driving, because normally we always had a manual car. Is a automatic car good for 4x4 driving?
there is another thread in this forum where the same question is discussed (in German of course) and nearly everybody inclusive the very experienced drivers who go to the loneliest parts of the country recommend an automatic car. It´s just perfect. Don´t hesitate to book it.
Kind regards Karin

Hi, 🙂
we also reccoment an automatic car. They make not that much noice, to start and to drive away. 😉 By sightings it is verry comfortable and even by filming, the sound of the car is not as annoying as by a manuelcar or even a dieselcar. 🙂

I had a 2016 Hilux manual in Mai. The first gear always was hard to engage. It was most times either reverse or 3rd gear. Both not really nice to drive away. If your from a left drive country, it may be easier, but if not, Automatic is always more comfortable. We had a Fortuner Automatic the other year, and it was just perfect.
