Dear Air Namibia Loyal Clients,
Please be advised that Namibia will be hosting the TRUSTCO NAMIBIA INTERNATIONAL AIR SHOW on Saturday, 1 August 2015 at the Hosea Kutako International Airport.
All our flights are planned to depart and arrive as per our normal schedule, however the expected flow of traffic to the airport due to the Air Show is currently estimated at a minimum of 4000 cars for the day. The chances of traffic disruptions are a given, and we would therefore like to appeal to you, our valued members to leave to the airport substantially earlier than you would under normal circumstances, to avoid missing your flights.
Our departures and arrivals are part of the air show program, and we will thus not be able to wait for delayed passengers .
