Zum internationalen Geiertag, einfach zum Nachdenken:

“Dead vultures piled up in the bush: A picture that has sent shivers down the spines of vulture researchers. A pile of dead vultures is pictured in the remote northern part of Botswana where more than 600 birds have been found poisoned, with many others also undetected. It happened on the Botswana-Namibia border after poachers poisoned an elephant and some birds were also found dead in the Seronga area. Also found dead near the carcass were other birds and small animals that had also feasted on the poisoned elephant.”
