Silence really makes sense, alleged CO2 neutrality is paradox. Probably they have a Diesel generator running at night to recharge the batteries. And if the capacity of the batteries goes down, the vehicle will end up standing permanently parked underneath some tree.
It is the same paradox like in Zambia: while the government is charging CO2 levies on vehicles, 3/4 of the countryside is burning down every year.
All goes about public opinion AND money for the state.
