NWR changeover to HANSA World booking and reservation system
Dear valued customer
Namibia Wildlife Resorts stays committed to providing you our esteemed client with exceptional services that complement your stay in our camps.
We are in the process of changing our booking and reservations system from Innkeeper to HANSA World, a system which will increase our effectiveness in dealing with customer bookings and queries. The system is currently being introduced at Sossus Dune Lodge, Sesriem and our booking office in Swakopmund.
The changeover process is a complex one as a lot of data will have to be transferred from the old system to the new one. We therefore ask for your usual cooperation and patience as we attempt to negotiate this process as smoothly and effectively as possible.
We would like to encourage you and all of your clients to exercise due diligence when booking with us during this period and make use of our friendly staff at Central Reservations Office for queries. We also advise that you check your reservation confirmations, receipts and statements carefully after receiving them, and inform us immediately if you find anything unclear or incorrect.
We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience during this period, but in the same vein also assure you that with your cooperation the new booking system will be operational at all our facilities soon. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the event of any queries.
