A visitor to Namibia can use the valid driving licence of his country of origin provided that the driving licence contains a photo image of the licence holder. If the driving licence is not in English, then it must be accompanied by a certified translation by either the competent authority or a sworn translator. Or it is accompanied by an International Driving Licence which after all is a translation document.
