It's about time... Introducing flights to Cape Town!✈️

FlyWestair is proud to announce that we now offer a new scheduled route from Eros Airport in Windhoek to Cape Town, South Africa. Starting Monday, 7 October, we will offer two flights a day every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and one flight on Sundays, from Eros Airport in Windhoek to Cape Town International, with a quick stopover in Oranjemund.

Dear FlyWestair Customers

During these uncertain times there has been much upheaval and changes and we have had to adapt accordingly. Based on decisions made by the Government, and in the interest of public safety, we would like to communicate the following to our passengers, customers and followers:
- Due to new travel restrictions that have been put in place, we will be postponing all Cape Town flights as of Monday 23 March until 18 April
- We will have two more scheduled Cape Town flights before then (Friday, 20 March and Sunday, 22 March) to assist passengers who need to get home to either Namibia or South Africa. These flights will be departing from and landing at Hosea Kutako International Airport
- As leisure travel for Namibians has also been suspended as per Government notice, we therefore cannot guarantee that any passengers booked on our remaining two flights to Cape Town will be allowed by customs to board the aircraft.
- Our domestic flights to Ondangwa will continue as scheduled. [eigene Anmerkung: und nach Oranjemund?]
- Our Independence Special is still valid
