Hi Daniela,

in dem Fall (beide auf Geburtsurkunde - Sorgerecht interessiert hier niemanden) gilt:
Travel documents needed when child is travelling unaccompanied, where parents are not married, but both parents are on the Unabridged Birth Certificate
  • - Valid passport of child
  • - Unabridged Birth Certificate (UBC)
  • - Letter from the person who is to receive the minor in South Africa or foreign country; containing his or her residential address and contact details where the minor will be residing.
  • - Proof of identity of the person who is to receive the minor in South Africa or foreign country; either copy of the identity document, or valid passport and visa, or permanent residence permit
  • - Contact details of the parents or legal guardian of the minor
    • Plus one of the following
  • - Parental Consent Affidavit (PCA) not older than 6 months
  • - Court order granting sole parental rights and responsibilities
  • - Letter of Special Circumstances issued by Director-General of Home Affairs in the event that a parent or parents are incapacitated or deceased and no legal guardian has been appointed as yet.

Es gibt ja aber aufgrund der Rechtslage 2003 keinen Gerichtsbeschluss, sondern nur dieses wischiwaschi formulierte Negativattest. Ansonsten wäre das ja kein Thema.
Es bleibt also eine spannende Reise im Dezember *g*

die oberen fünf Punkte sollten kein Problem sein,
Dazu musst Du eines (1) der anderen drei erfüllen:
- Parental Consent Affidavit (PCA) not older than 6 months
Zustimmung des Vaters in schriftlicher Form (beglaubigt, auf Englisch) nicht älter als 6 Monate. Ist das ein Problem diesen zu bekommen?
- Court order granting sole parental rights and responsibilities
Gerichtsbeschluss - das ist das, womit Du scheinbar Probleme hast.
- Letter of Special Circumstances issued by Director-General of Home Affairs in the event that a parent or parents are incapacitated or deceased and no legal guardian has been appointed as yet.
hat mit Deinem Fall wohl nix zu tun.

Ich versteh das so, dass diese Dokumente nur dann vonnoeten sind, wenn das Kind ohne Begleitung reist.
Also braucht Daniela nur den Reisepass, die Geburtsurkunde und entweder den Gerichtsbeschluss oder die Zustimmung des anderen Elternteils.
Falls sie letzteres bekommen kann (natuerlich auf Englisch), kann sie sich die Uebersetzung ihres Dokumentes eh sparen.

laut DHA gilt diese Regelung für:
"Child is travelling with 1 Parent" > "Parents are not married, but both parents names are on the Unabridged Birth Certificate"
Immer wenn nur ein Elternteil reist braucht man was offiziell beglaubigtes (ich spreche da aus eigener Erfahrung). Das "Unverheiratet" führt eben dazu, dass es noch weitere Punkt gibt. Für verheiratete alleinreisende sieht es so aus:
Travel documents needed when child is travelling with 1 parent where parents are biological parents and both are on the Unabridged Birth Certificate
Valid passport of travelling parent and child
Unabridged Birth Certificate (UBC)
Plus one of the following
Parental Consent Affidavit (PCA) not older than 6 months
Letter of Special Circumstances issued by Director-General of Home Affairs in the event that a parent or parents are incapacitated or deceased and no legal guardian has been appointed as yet.

    • Die machen ja gar keinen Sinn, wenn mindestens ein Elternteil mitfährt.
    Ansonsten wär jetzt mein Chaos perfekt :unsure:
