Aber bis dahin wird wieder alles funktionieren.

NWR’s Okaukuejo services back to normal

Windhoek, 12 November 2015 – Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) is happy to inform its clients and trade partners that its services at Okaukuejo are back to normal. After having experienced a power challenge over the past few days that resulted in an inconsistent supply of electricity at the camp, Okaukuejo is now fully functioning as before.

During the period a number of services that our clients have become accustomed too were briefly interrupted such as the supply of water and fuel. However Okaukuejo’s Camp Manger Mrs. Katriena Hoeses and her team ensured to make each guests stay as pleasant as possible while they worked hard to remedy the situation. It is for this reason that a number of guest still choose to stay at the camp irrespective of the challenges that we were faced with. In addition to that our reservation offices worked around the clock to inform clients who were yet tor travel to Okaukuejo about the situation.

Mr. Mufaro Nesongano, NWR’s Corporate Communications and Online Media Manger says that, “Even with the challenges that we faced, our clients stood by us and ensured to support us through this trying time that we experienced at the camp. A number of our clients had the opportunity to stay at our other resorts in the Etosha National Park however most of them opted to stay at Okaukuejo as that is were they had booked and wanted to spend their well deserved break at”.

As we go forth, NWR will continuously keep its clients and trade partners abreast to the happenings at the company in order for them to always be part of this truly diverse Namibian company.

Dazu heute in der AZ: Okaukuejo hat wieder Strom

In einer Erklärung gab Namibia Wildlife Resorts bekannt, dass das Rastlager Okaukuejo im Etoscha-Nationalpark wieder mit Elektrizität versorgt wird und alle Systeme wieder funktionieren. Was das Problem war, wird nicht erwähnt. Touristen, Reiseleiter und Veranstalter sind verärgert, dass sie nicht informiert wurden.
